Brownie Fudge Cake

I saw this recipe as I was scrolling through Pinterest and couldn't pass it up! I love brownies so very much. I think a big part of why I love them is the texture.

It made me think it must be a cake that had the possibility of having brownie texture. This was a very intriguing idea.

I tried it out and sure enough, not your average cake! The brownie texture is much more subtle, but I think my days of plain chocolate cake are over.

Brownie Fudge Cake
From Lovefoodies.com

1 box brownie mix
1 box chocolate cake mix
4 eggs
1 c oil
1 and 1/4 c water
fudge frosting sauce, homemade or store bought

Preheat oven to 350*F

Prepare either a bundt pan or 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray.

Mix the cake and brownie mixes with the eggs, oil, and water until smooth.

Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50 mins, or until toothpick comes out clean.

Cool cake, then frost and serve. Garnish with fresh berries, if desired.
