My Fab Weekend At HOME!

My weekend in pictures

I flew home on Tuesday night

Wednesday found me at the doctor's office with Geoff, who we thought broke his foot.  Don't worry, it was just his toe--not important at all.

That night at Waffle Wednesday, Nikki wasn't feeling so well due to a kidney stone (they're beasts), so we high-tailed it to the ER for some drugs.

My next adventure was Little League practices and games on Wed, Thurs, and Saturday:

And Patrick's track meet on Thursday:

Matt and I were really good supporters:

I got to go see Mike's new house, which he just closed on last week, in the middle of the remodeling process.  Of course I wanted to help out.

I also spent time visiting friends and family.  I got to go see my grandparents for an afternoon.  I always have a good time talking with them and hearing about their lives from before I was ever even a thought.
On one of the friend visits, I got to hike my beloved Badger Mountain with my BM Hiking Buddy, Alexis. It was WINDY.  We then went out to PF Changs, a time honored tradition.

Teresa is in the Practicum stage of the Nursing Program at WSU and has been doing 12 hour nightshifts.  Ugh.  I tried to keep the boys entertained and quiet.  One of the nights we went here:

And to see this:

Ahh, the best way to spend a Friday night.

I was a very fun trip filled with all the things I like.  Except for the weather, I couldn't have asked for a better time.  And soon enough, I will be back for another visit.  17 days!

  2. Wow. I think you did more things in that time than I have done all year. lol. Sounds like a very good trip though, love the pics. Felt like you were reading me a book and holding it outward so I could see the pictures as you read. ;)
