We spent our first day traveling up to get to Split and then sadly spent our second day in the place we rented ($30 total a night for an entire apartment!) due to the rainy weather. We had planned to go out to one of the islands by ferry, but waited until the next day instead. I was glad for that day to just be able to relax since our trio was so fast paced.
After Split and the island of Hvar we headed up to Plitvice National Park to see the waterfalls and lakes. It was mostly overcast except for a few rays here and there so I can only imagine how much prettier the water would have been in the sun since it was still incredible with clouds.
After that we made our way up to Slovenia where we only had one day because we had gotten a little behind schedule during our previous week. I sadly don't have pictures from that because I totally spaced uploading them to my computer before deleting them off my card. I didn't even realize it until a few weeks later! So sad! Slovenia was alo super gorgeous and I would have liked to have seen more of it. Maybe another time (if I can convince Dillon ;)).
So, not many pictures this round!
The ferry we took out to Hvar
Such clear water!
The old town
Getting back around sunset
Plitvice National Park--There were actually about 1 million people there with us, I just took my pictures at very strategic times.
I really loved Croatia and was so happy to be able to go back with Dillon during our cruise!
